The Associate Partner will serve as the single point of contact for identified client(s) and target(s) and is responsible for developing and managing Healthcare client accounts, totaling approximately $6-8 million or more in managed Healthcare Global Business. New and add-on sales into targeted accounts will be required, as well as maintaining executive relationships with all identified clients and prospective clients.
The Associate Partner will develop sales strategy for targeted accounts, including account planning. Implement sales strategy for targeted accounts, including lead tracking, proposal and presentation development and delivery, and deal closing. Set up on-site sales meetings that will include the West Region Healthcare Leader and other executives and consultants as required. Write proposals that capture the business needs of the prospects, and client solutions and qualifications. Conduct follow up calls and visits as required to assure that we follow a strong sales methodology to maximize close percentage.
The Associated Partner is expected to oversee delivery in target accounts and to be personally 25% or more billable.
Prefer candidate lives in Los Angeles, CA or be willing to relocate; consideration will be given for living in Southwest with easy and low cost commute to Los Angeles. Five years operations experience in a hospital department management or major project management role. Three years experience consulting sales, proposal & presentation development & project budgeting. Strong team leadership skills and willingness to delegate to promote consultant and client relationships. Comfortable working with matrix organizations/functions. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare business & information technology, healthcare business/clinical operations & process knowledge. Prefer demonstrated experience w/ Profit & Loss (P&L) management & experience w/ building relationships at C-level in hospitals & health delivery systems.
Readiness to travel Up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
