We are currently seeking a very highly motivated Enterprise Software Account Executive to sell Industry leading Relationship Management Solutions.  We are seeking candidates who love a challenge and enjoy significant earning potential. This senior level person will be Responsible for all selling activities within an assigned Major Account Territory.


 


 


 


 Responsibilities:


 


 


 





  • Responsible for selling the Company’s products and/or services in a major named account territory.



  • Expands existing relationships and revenue stream in major accounts territory.



  • Calls on customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. 



  • Makes presentations, completes proposals and assists in RFP completion.



  • Identifies and properly handles complex issues requiring a high level of expertise in making decisions.



  • Works closely and cooperatively with all managers and sales support staff of the Company to provide necessary information to meet customer needs.



  • Provides prompt follow-up to leads.



  • Maintains knowledge of all Company’s products and services including product features, functionality of products, and product direction of emerging industry standards.



  • Maintains knowledge of competitive strengths and weaknesses.



  • Demonstrates in-depth proficiency with sales tools, systems, and procedures required to accomplish the job.



  • Consistently attains assigned sales quotas.



  • Demonstrates expense control.



  • Timely completes all company forms and documents that are required for a sale.



  • Manage full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.




 


 


 


Requirements:


 


 


 





  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or the equivalent experience and a minimum of 12 – 15  years of sales experience, preferably in the contact center industry, specifically related to products such as CRM , IVR, Web Self Service, voice messaging, and other call processing applications and services.



  • Technical proficiency in computing, telephony, and systems integration disciplines.



  • Has a good overall understanding of the wireless and cable industry, trends and products.



  • Demonstrates creativity and innovation in selling and presentation preparation.  Has been trained on a selling methodology such as Solutions Selling, Target Account Selling or Sandler.   



  • Proven track record in consistently meeting/exceeding sales goals.



  • Can work with Microsoft Office, other desktop applications and CRM solutions (SAP or SFDC).



  • Excellent interpersonal skills to create, maintain, and continue profitable executive relationships with existing and potential customers.



  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.



  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects.



  • Proven experience with enterprise software offering is a plus.



  • Aggressive, great attitude, organizational skills and a self-starter.
