Regional Sales Director

Our Client, the global leader in higher education services currently seeks a Regional Sales Director. You will serve the region as leader and advisor with primary responsibility for the region’s overall, sales and business development activities.

This is am extremely important role as our client is preparing the organization to align with current unprecedented global expansion and requires talent leadership interested in a career growth path with increasing responsibilities and rewards. 

You are currently in a sales leadership role in the services industry (examples: insurance, hospitality, staffing/RPO) and are interested in breaking into a new career in the most exciting global growth industry in the market today.

The Talent we seek has:

• Successfully served in a sales or business development leadership role


• Successfully sold services to the C Suite using proven consultative sales methodologies


• Successfully hired, nurtured, maintained and mentored staff


• Demonstrated a high level of conceptual and strategic thinking to establish budgets, goals, objectives, and activities.


• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills


• Computer skills including Word, Power Point, Excel and CRM

The Talent we seek will:

• Oversee hiring, training, and performance evaluations, and direct the workflow for the regional staff.


• Create a business model to develop and penetrate campus geographic areas with business opportunities, including educational models


• Establish and execute the strategic planning process for the development and delivery of business opportunities


• Interface with corporate and regional management to provide guidance and support as it relates to business opportunities


• Help develop the program insuring it is repeatable, measurable and scalable


• Provide input and feedback to corporate insuring successful execution in the field.
