JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for dynamic, energetic, experienced healthcare sales Account Executives to manage/retain/grow existing key customer relationships. Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of Hospital supply chain management operations and be comfortable interacting with all levels within a hospital.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Create and implement business plan designed to achieve sales/revenue/growth
- Develop innovative sales strategies and coordinate the tactical deployment on that strategy to meet sales objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitive activity and changing customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and competitive product knowledge via an effective solutions presentation.
- Demonstrate high level of interpersonal & professional skills at all times.
- Track and analyze progress towards goals and objectives and make adjustments to ensure attainment.
- Prepare sales and activity reports within specified time frames
Experience Bachelors Degree is a requirement. Previous work experience in ERP Healthcare sales or equivalent work experience selling Healthcare IT Solutions, or Hospital business operations is a plus. Travel required.
