Job description :
The main responsibilities for the Regional Vice President of Sales for the Payor Market include:
Responsible for closing new Payor business specifically focused Health Plans, TPAs and PBMs.
Identify potential leads independently (or with others) through networking, cold-calling, trade shows, public speaking, and/or other sources
Leads and prepares sales related activities including proposal responses, contract updates, account management, and presentations.
Management reporting on Sales Forecast, Performance and Plan
Who we are looking for :
The qualified candidate for the Payor Market Regional Vice President of Sales will have the following:
5 to 10 years of direct selling experience to healthcare payor sector and/or combined experience in outsourcing business and market development
Demonstrated track record within the Healthcare sector of large (>$10M) sales leadership, ideally for BPO services
Solid working knowledge of Healthcare Payor, PBM and Third party administrators.
Strong relationship at CXO level. Strong executive presence
Whats on offer :
A base compensation between $115,000 and $130,000 is on offer with commission on target earnings above $200,000 plus full benefits.
