jWIN Electronics Corporation, a leading consumer electronics manufacturer is currently seeking an experienced industry professional to lead its sales and marketing team to the company’s next level of expansion and growth.


 


 


 


International Sales Manager - European Sales exp. required*


 


 


 


The International Sales Manager will oversee and direct our international sales team and develop and implement strategic sales plans, goals and marketing plans for the International Sales team. You will work closely with the International Sales team, Marketing team and report to top-management. You will work to manage and expand current international accounts, grow new business and develop the company’s portfolio and presence within Europe. The company is looking for an outgoing individual with drive and a take charge attitude to bring in major accounts including: big box retailers, regional chains, and specialty stores. The International Sales and Marketing Manager is also responsible for the formulation and execution of the direct sales program for the International marketplace, especially within Europe. This position will demand a sales executive from a branded consumer products company with a minimum of 5 years experience selling to both international distributors and directly to key customers in the Consumer Electronics, IT & Peripheral Accessories industries. Candidates with no consumer electronics products experience selling into international markets need not apply.


 


 


 


The International Sales and Marketing Manager will be charged with the overall management of corporate brand positioning, brand promise and brand architecture through best-in-class marketing research, communications, partnerships, design and other marketing disciplines.  You will be responsible for evangelizing jWIN’s brand strategy across the organization and ensuring our global product stories are consistently carried through in our packaging, signage, advertisements, trade shows, literature, sales tools, etc… 

 The International Sales and Marketing Manager will also oversee our talented staff in our NY HQ who will provide a full range of global marketing services including, integrated, channel and interactive marketing strategy, merchandising, graphic design, PR and tradeshows, sponsorships and events.  With the help of this phenomenal team, the International Sales and Marketing Manager will elevate the value, expansion and positioning of the brand, increase existing revenues and result in new revenue-generating initiatives.

As the International Sales and Marketing Manager of existing and potentional accounts, your challenge will be to direct all selling efforts for all corporate product lines. This includes strategic planning and tactics, attaining revenue targets, managing assigned promotional funds, P&L for accounts (controllable), advocating customer requirements internally and maintaining good relationships with customers and leading efforts of sales managers and other support personnel. As account executive expectation will be that all activities within the sales office under your leadership will demonstrate leadership in operations (supply chain, forecasting), detailed analysis and recommendations, unwavering understanding of all sales results (past and expected) as well as maintaining account strategy plan/actions.

You will be expected to understand and incorporate internal business needs into daily actions with customer. Issues and opportunities that arise should be carefully analyzed and positioned to ensure internal company resources are aligned while also finding best solutions for the customer.


 



Responsibilities


 


  • Maximize sales volume to meet/exceed assigned objectives

  • Manage assigned budget funds

  • Manage controllable P&L by customer

  • Manage customer forecast in detail (accuracy)

  •  


  • Develop and implement detailed annual and mid-term sales plans in alignment with company plans/needs

  •  


  • Drive sales efforts through interactions with all aspects of customer organization

  •  


  • Champion customer requirements internally and coordinate efforts to meet them. Customer requests should be analyzed and presented internally to satisfy internal needs for information and detailed back up.

  •  


  • Prepare and deliver professional regular sales reports and sales presentations that highlight goals and actions as required

  •  


  • Provide quality management and leadership for relevant aspects of customer relationship including:

  •  


  • Direction of sales team to meet sales objectives

  •  


  • Coaching of team to maximize contribution

  •  


  • Direction and coordination of non-sales resources to maintain customer relationships (including support services)

  •  


  • Provide accurate and timely information to management for product and market forecasting requirements

  •  


  • Attend the Port Washington, NY office M-F 8am-5pm

    Skills

  •  


  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred

  •  


  • 5+ years of International Sales or Marketing Management experience in consumer products with at least 3 years experience selling to major oversease retailers with a strong appreciation of sales and the retail environment; knowledge of or experience in our key retail accounts would be ideal

  •  


  • Must have strong computer skills - Email, Microsoft Office, etc.

  •  


  • Must be willing and able to travel overseas for meetings and trade shows.

  •

     The successful candidate will have 5+years of progressive leadership with international experience in the CE & IT, peripheral, accessory industry achieving sales revenue targets and goals for various channels of distribution in the world wide include USA, EU & Asia market.


     


     


     


    This position is based at Corporate Headquarters in Port Washington, New York.
