The Vice President of Sales designs the overall sales strategy and drives the execution of all sales to achieve new levels of top line revenue contribution. This involves recruitment and development of a sales organization combined with the establishment of clear metrics and processes to fuel revenue growth to meet or exceed budget. This will be a highly talented, motivational, engaging hands-on business leader who possesses strong business financial acumen and a proven successful track record in driving sales in a multi-site organization.Responsibilities Include: Develop a compelling strategy and plan to ignite revenue growth Create a sales process for value based selling tailored to the high end luxury market Recruit, train and motivate a talented sales force Develop annual budgets, goals and projections Who we are looking for :
Minimum of 10 years successful track record in driving sales in a multi-unit, dynamic, fast paced, growing business Strong experience with luxury brands, the discerning customers desire for refined ambience and a proven ability to sell a luxury service through a field organization Entrepreneurial person who can inspire a team, set and communicate goals, measure accomplishments, hold a team accountable, assess talent, provide feedback and delegate Able to develop, communicate and successfully execute an integrated sales strategy for the organization Bachelors degree required. Masters degree preferred Whats on offer :
