My client’s suite of services and solutions include cloud hosting, disaster recovery and co-location solutions for the enterprise space.  The company has averaged 38% revenue growth YOY since 2003 and has set an aggressive target of 63% growth for each of the next three years. I am conducting a very confidential search for a dynamic and polished sales leader who can help them achieve their sales goals for the next three years. This leader will come from one of 4 cites - NY,LA,ATL,CHI,- and must be willing to travel to the others when necessary. The right person will be rewarded with a strong compensation package which includes company equity. You will also be directly involved with the firm’s senior leaders in a decision making capacity. 


 


 To qualify you should have the following attributes:


 


- B.A or B.S from an accredited University


- 5+ years of successful sales management    experience in the enterprise technology/telecom B2B space.


- No more than three jobs in the past 8 years.


- A minimum of 4 years of successful sales leadership experience for small cap companies          (revenue less than $500 Million)


- A minimum of 4 years with one company where you were promoted to a sales management position


- Documented success (Pres Club/references from former employers.)


- An income that exceeds $180K per year for each of the last three years.


- An operable and proven sales management plan that can be demonstrated in an interview


- An understanding of network infrastructure as well as experience selling managed service solutions
