Client / Account Manager

Our client is a rapidly growing Software as a Services (SaaS) company that facilities the exchange of mission-critical information across enterprise boundaries.  Businesses around the world rely on the On-Demand Workspaces to help them share sensitive information and documents safely and securely online – anywhere, anytime. Due to growth and expansion they are seeking a sales account manager in your area.

Position Description:

Must have the ability to learn and understand customer business processes and be able to adapt and manage customized work in a high pressure, fast paced environment. Key responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:

• Pre-sale support 


• Sales Process Management


• Implementation Planning/Workspace design


• Internal Communication with Sales/CS


• Regularly scheduled client meetings (on-site, conf. call)


• Quarterly Training*


• New feature deployment planning


• Analyze and provide clients with intelligence to best leverage the full value of IntraLinks


• Feedback to Product Marketing


• Development of Best Practices


• Process improvement


• Quality Assurance

Qualifications/Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher


• Minimum of 2 years of work experience


• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships


• Domain knowledge of the basics of Private Equity (PE) transactions


• Ability to learn customers business processes quickly


• Strong communication and presentation skills


• Strong trouble-shooting skills


• Strong computer skills required, and experience in working with web applications
