As a regional Sales Manager, your mission is to manage your geographic territory and aggressively drive new business while nurturing existing accounts and achieving your goals in the areas of sales revenue and market penetration. You will be an ambassador for our product--exuding a polished, confident presence--and an educator for your clients, helping them to understand the depth of our best-in-class legal technology and to get maximum leverage and revenue generating potential from it.

If you’re a good fit for this position, you already know most of what this job entails. However, to be sure we’re providing a complete picture, here are some details.
You’ll join a team of seasoned sales and presales professionals, and divide your focus equally between account acquisition, account management and retention of existing customers. In addition, you will be responsible for interfacing with product marketing groups to ensure that Mitratech Insurance solutions stay in tune with market directions.
Specifically, your responsibilities include:
• Leading discussions and presentations describing the unique features (power positions) of the product over competitors’ products;
• Providing leadership throughout the entire sales cycle;
• Developing your individual sales pipeline within the assigned sales territory, through lead generation and cold calling;
• Demonstrating the unique ROI and value of TeamConnect Legal through the sales process;
• Preparing proposals to potential customers and/or responding to RFI, RFP, RFQ, and RFx documents.
At the end of the day, this role is about meeting or exceeding your annual revenue sales targets, approximately $500,000 per quarter, on a consistent basis.
