As Legal Account Executive, your mission is to manage your territory and aggressively drive new business while nurturing existing accounts and achieving your goals in the areas of sales revenue, customer satisfaction and market penetration. The challenge? To foster "win-win" partnerships that drive revenue and customer satisfaction by effectively positioning our product as a cut above the rest in this hypercompetitive arena. You will be an ambassador for our product--exuding a polished, confident presence--and an educator for your clients, helping them to understand the depth of our best-in-class legal technology and to get maximum leverage and revenue generating potential from it.

What we are looking for


 


 


 



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 5+ years of direct sales experience selling software based solutions.

  • Strong new business prospecting skills, including but not limited to cold calling, networking, negotiation and closing.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with the ability to lead business product discussions regarding the value of legal management solutions; must be adept at communicating with C-level executives and their direct reports.

  • Impeccable interpersonal finesse to build relationships with key potential customer(s) in order to advance the sale of the product.

  • Ability to function as a team player as well as an individual contributor.

  • Strong time management, organizational and forecasting skills.

  • Solid computer and technical proficiency, including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Contact Management systems, Sales Force Automation Tools, CRM (Netsuite) and the Internet.


 




Selling into corporate legal  departments experience is  MUST


 


You also must have experience in  achieving quotas in the 1.5 Million dollar plus range.


 


 


You must have proven a track record of over achievement in  your sales career.
