Our client, a leading provider of Supply Chain solutions in looking for sales leadership to manage a direct sales team.

Ideal Candidate

5+ Enterprise Software Sales Leadership

10+ Software Sales experience

Track Record of Quota attainment - solid performer

Good career management - good career progression and advancement, no short stays

Knowledge of ERP, SCM, e-Commerce, B2B trading partner solutions, EDI

Solid customer contacts/relationships - Rolodex

Ability to travel in NE Region to direct sales activities

Develop a territory business plan and execute that plan

Accountability based - strong sales accumen - disciplined and process driven.

Degreed

Managed a team of similar scope:  6-8 reps assuming a $25-$30M quota

Able to pass background check, drug testing, produce W-2’s, offer customer references/manager references
