  • Drive aggressive sales for 2009-10





  • Build pipeline through outbound sales activities





  • Develop and implement strong customer needs specific business plans including overall strategy (sales, marketing and service), pricing, and resource plans.





  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of sales, support and marketing professionals to deliver on a vision.





  • Act as a customer champion and business development leader within the organization for corporate markets.





  • Actively manage and report on pipeline, status of the business, and forecast revenue.






 


 


 


Ideal experience requirements:


 


 


 







  • Intelligent software/technology sales performer with successful Enterprise marketplace experience.





  • 7+ years experience in a sales role, with 3-5 yrs as a sales champion, national account manager, sales leader or strategic account specialist.





  • Able to communicate and loop back marketplace requirements to senior executives, as well as product development.





  • Relationship creation abilities; understands how to leverage relationships in support of sales, referrals and support cohorts.





  • Consultative Solutions-Orientation; able to craft and communicate a complex value proposition.





  • Experience with CRM tools – preferable Salesforce.com





  • Work in a highly distributed team environment to effectively deliver sales and customer satisfaction




 





  • High level of overachievement in sales goals is required
