JOB DESCRIPTION

Must have extensive experience selling to small medical offices to large hospitals - financials, billing, coding and collecting software. (Healthcare BPO experience)


 


Title: Account Executive, Revenue Cycle Management Services


 


Reports to: Senior Vice President, Provider Services


 


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Achieve sales objectives as specified by Senior Vice President • Develop a sales plan that identifies target revenue and prospects, timetables and needed resources • Lead position in sales presentations and coordination of company resources to match prospect needs • Work with Solutions Development and senior management to finalize contract details • Advise management of any breakdown in communication, loss of contracts • Complete weekly reports via Pivotal of all phases of sales activities


 


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: • Knowledge of hospital and physician markets relative to revenue cycle services. • Knowledge of hospital/physician groups billing procedures, coding and account resolution • Knowledge of patient accounting workflow, specific to hospital and physician business office operations • Ability to understand and analyze Age Trial Balance reports and Cash Flow statements. • Ability to identify ways to improve cash flow results to help customer obtain additional cash collections • Must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills.


 


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or related work experience • 5 years of direct selling experience to hospital and physician groups in revenue cycle services • experience in providing health care services specific to revenue cycle services and/or large physician groups • prior experience selling to the C-level and Patient Accounting Directors • experience in preparing presentations utilizing ROI value propositions
