JOB DESCRIPTION

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:


 



  • An excited hunter with a proven ability to close new business; prior experience growing or building sales territories.

  • A sales professional with strong experience utilizing a complex, solution sales methodology.

  • Action oriented, high energy; high initiative

  • Proven track record of taking business from competitors

  • Prior experience working from a deferred sales process

  • Exceptional presentation and verbal skills.

  • Experience selling to “C” level executives as well as other senior leaders within Fortune 500 companies

  • A bright sales professional with strong business acumen

  • A collaborative, team-player

  • An aggressive sales professional with the ability to make or exceed quota, an overachiever.

  • Prior experience managing a book of business $1M+

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region; proven track record of selling within a broad territory to major or key accounts

  • Strong rolodex of HR contacts

  • Undergraduate degree.

  • Career stability
