Sales - Risk Arbitrage

Job Summary:

We are a leading Inter-Dealer Broker with a growing Merger Arbitrage unit looking for experienced sales candidates with a solid book of business and a track record of production with institutional or hedge fund arbitrage clients.  Candidates must have a minimum of three years equity sales experience and be interested in a compensation package based on percentage of commissions generated.  Candidates must be knowledgeable of institutional order executions and allocations.  Must be adept at identifying cross selling opportunities and work effectively in a team atmosphere.  Requires superior organizational and analytical skills.  Must be Series 7 and 63 registered.
