Account Executive - IT Automation Software  - Miami


 


Our Client is a 300+ employee software company based in Switzerland with US HQ in San Francisco. They are private, self funded, and founded in 2000. They have had remarkable growth selling an IT Automation Framework that allows IT Professionals to proactively manage, monitor and maintain distributed IT infrastructure remotely, easily and efficiently with one integrated Web-based platform.


 


This Company has doubled in size every year since their inception. They are launching a new sales division, selling their software to Enterprise accounts, which are companies employing 1000 employees and up. Their product line is quite robust, and all the products are fully integrated, which gives them a decided advantage over their competition.


 


We have been enlisted by their VP of Latin American operations to find a Miami based Senior Sales Rep who will be charged to sell all their products. The territory includes all of Mexico, Central and South America, excluding Brazil.


 


Base salary is a firm $90K with a $180K OTE plus negotiable recoverable draw and options.  Options mean something here since there are no VC investors to pay off, they are well beyond startup stage, and plan on an IPO once they reach $1B in revenue.  Your annual sales quota will be $1M (all software).  Sell 6-7 deals, and you hit your quota. Multi-country territory selling to all industries.


 


Requirements



  • The successful candidate profile requires someone with 6-8 years software sales experience selling new business, IT software solutions to IT decision makers within Latin.  (MUST be in Managed Services)



  • You must have a strong track record with history selling for non Name Brand companies



  • Above all else you must be strong technically....more than likely you will have been a started your career as a Sales Engineer, or Software Developer since you will be required to do your own Webex demos and to sell the technical value of their solutions.



  • Travel demands would average 1-2 weeks per month. When not traveling, you would be required to work out of their Miami office.



  • MUST be fluent in Spanish
