JOB DESCRIPTION

The Corporate Account Management department is tasked with driving large clients’ activity and engagement while working with the sales team to penetrate client accounts to their fullest potential with a specific focus on our client job posting levels. This group works mostly with our Fortune 1000 client base post initial sale through renewal.  In this turnkey position, you will be expected to liaise with both internal and external clients on all aspects of sales, customer service and product performance.


 


Responsibilities



  • Responsible for overall client program management and internal coordination of account-related activities

  • Working closely with sales and customer service, manage strategic account planning, client-specific issue resolution, account development/growth, client relations and overall client satisfaction

  • Retention and client account growth, including networking throughout clients’ organization to ensure 100% of positions are posted on our site and all recruiters are using our site

  • Facilitate meetings with appropriate client business leaders to support sales efforts, proactively manage the client programs to completion, and identify new services and expansion opportunities within the clients’ organization

  • Understand the client’s long-term objectives and work with the client and sales team to define and develop a service roadmap to improve account profitability

  • Schedule and conduct periodic meetings with client senior management to understand the current program landscape, deliver program results, as well as discuss any recommended changes

  • Develop a trusted relationship with the client enabling issues and opportunities to be addressed with a spirit of partnership

  • Gain a deep understanding of the services that are delivered to our clients and make recommendations to enhance the process in turn bringing added value to the client relationship

  • Take lead in the creation of action plans and issue resolution

  • Coordinate and run training sessions for our clients on how to best utilize our site, including research into top companies they hire from, industry leaders and competitor usage

  • Managing client job posting process for all accounts to ensure we are receiving 100% of postings.

  • Internal meetings to coordinate job posting process and management updates

  • Lead and cultivate new ideas for acquiring more client job postings (new programs, plans of attack for new growth areas, etc)

  • Educating clients on which job postings should be posted on our site

  • Ad hoc reporting for sales, the management team and clients

  • Internal presentations on successful methods and areas of improvement for clients


Requirements



  • Proven success with a minimum of 5+ years of client facing sales experience including, client account strategy, account management and account growth

  • Ability to develop programs to increase usage within accounts

  • Experience successfully managing multiple F1000 accounts and relationships

  • Ability to handle multiple projects at one time

  • Independent self starter

  • Enthusiastic team player

  • Detail oriented

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Bachelor’s degree required
