JOB DESCRIPTION
Description
vCustomer corporation is currently looking for an exceptional Sales Director with a proven track-record of selling enterprise level call center customer care and technical support services and solutions. In this direct selling position, you will plan and implement strategies to sell call center and BPO services to the Retail, Technology and Telecommunications verticals, while achieving revenue growth (quota) and customer satisfaction plans. The target companies will be new prospects, as well as an existing set of vCustomer clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying, prioritizing, developing and managing prospects and then successfully bringing the prospect through the sales pipeline to a successful close
- Expanding existing accounts and developing new business opportunities
- Develop and qualify leads for Fortune 1000 and mid-tier target accounts primarily via phone, email, and networking
- Creating and delivering proposal presentations in conjunction with the Sales Director
- Sales funnel management and utilization of strategic selling methodologies
- Lead and own RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, corporate presentations, executive briefings, and prospective customer site visits
- Work closely with our delivery team and partners to assess prospective customer needs, build solutions, and propose outsourced solutions
- Achieve revenue quotas
- Visiting key customers on a regular basis
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of a four-year college degree, a minimum of 10 years experience in service or software sales, with at least 5 years of proven success in selling enterprise level solutions. Additional requirements:
- Sales experience in services, enterprise solutions (SaaS) or related products
- Strategic selling or other complex sales training
- Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding personal sales targets/quotas
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with a CRM system to aid in management, preferably Salesforce.com
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Must be able to travel (up to 25%)
- Great leadership skills
