Vice President Sales

Join one of the fastest growing service companies in the country as our Vice President of Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic development, implementation, and management of our sales programs.

Position Responsibilities:
Executive Management of the sales division.
Develop and lead sales team to support sales and training strategies, and deliver exceptional profitable sales growth.
Advise senior management on sales direction, competitors, and market trends.
Work with executive management team to establish organizational direction, strategy and objectives of organization. Experience in recruiting and leading a world class sales organization.
Create a winning atmosphere by effectively communicating the sales and marketing strategy to all personnel throughout the organization.

Requirements:

 College Degree, MBA preferred.

10 -15 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in a service industry preferred (company revenue 500M +).
Effective sales, negotiation and closing, sales and marketing planning, business and market development and promotional/advertising skills.
Experience with Field Sales team (100+)and National Accounts.
Effectively implement sales and marketing strategies, business plans, and forecasts and budgets to achieve desired results.
Work with financial statements and budget process. Strong computer skills.
