JOB DESCRIPTION

We are growing even in a complex economic climate!  This year we will cross the $55mm mark. We sell as both a SaaS and perpetual solution - Corporate Software Sales Experience is a MUST!


 


 


 


The Enterprise  Software team focuses on integrating our products and services into medium ($100mm+) and large businesses, educational institutions and government agencies. Consisting of  engineering, sales and marketing professionals, we work with a vast array of partners and VARS to advance the company’s security software .


 


 


 


The Senior Sales Representative’s main role will be to recruit, process, motivate, and collaborate with customers to "pull" sales of our Enterprise products - We have a team responsible for Lead Generation and Renewals.   This individual, a key member of our sales team, will establish, own and drive strategic relationships with our customers and prospects. This role is geared toward hunters, result oriented, performance driven, team minded individuals. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned U.S. direct growth and revenue targets by driving new business through existing and newly discovered  accounts.


 


 


 


Responsibilities:


 


 


 







  • Recruit and manage a team of internal sales, technical partner resources and channel representatives.





  • Create  programs that augment our sales team and drive additional business and value to the customer.





  • Create and execute a successful go to market business plan and strategy based on common objectives and develop a channel program that the VAR’s will embrace.





  • Build mindshare with  other direct/outside sales representatives.






 


 


 


Requirements:


 


 


 







  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business.





  • Successful applicants will have a track record of experience selling enterprise solutions, both direct and/or through the Channel.





  • Proven ability to manage and motivate people.





  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal





  • Confident, competitive, thorough and tenacious attitude.





  • Able to work independently, but within a team environment.





  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.





  • MUST HAVE SOLD software previously or a enteprise security service.
