Job Description: Oversee a large team of Retail Loan Officers for this flagship location. Come in and build relationships with all lenders on the team. Able to recruit and train new officers. Mentor and coach all loan officers to build referral networks, help put loans together, time management. Must be dynamic. Able to motivate team.
QUALIFICATIONS
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications - Must Have: Minimum of 10 years experience in mortgage industry Minimum of 2 years experience in retail management Must have proven success in mortgage industry as retail big lender and /or manager.
