SENIOR, REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER - ( RPS) Retail Partner Sales.
***** Candidates must have current 3rd party consumer products distribution ( CPG) in the following industrys - Drug store chains, Grocery store chains, any National big box retail chain, and MUST have a soild background supporting a National Account retail chain at all levels.
POSITION BACKGR0UND & OBJECTIVES:
The Senior Regional Account Manager will drive sales by leading & developing T-Mobile sales operation directives specific to Retail Partner Sales, with T-Mobile account team, field sales (Area Development Rep.s, District Managers, Market Directors) and Retail Partner Accounts. This sales leader will be accountable for realizing the full potential of the T-Mobile brand and improving the customer experience. This position is critical for increasing sales and driving Retail Excellence, while achieving Subscriber Acquisition Cost objectives. This sales leader will report to the Director of Accounts with close working relationships with T-Mobile Corp., Dealer Financial Services leaders and Legal Counsel.
The Senior Regional Account Manager will provide focus on sales operation strategies and tactics, including key business building initiatives driving per store activations (month-over month & year-over-year), providing plans to significantly increase retail distribution, improving the Voice of the Customer quality scores, and other transformation initiatives. It will play a role of strengthening communication and cross-coordination among the Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Business Operations organizations.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Key areas of focus for this position are - sales strategy and the execution of key initiatives.
- Lead planning & execution of business strategy & key initiatives.
- Lead Voice of the Customer initiatives.
- Lead all T-Mobile Sales communication to the account (Sales Flash).
- Manage monthly validation of earned & paid commissions.
- Managing handset forecasting & inventory control.
- Lead internal sales, customer experience, merchandising, and training communication to Account field organization.
- Lead & manage relationship between T-Mobile Corp. and Retail Partner Accounts.
- Lead liaison with Project Managers to drive execution of key initiatives.
- Lead the execution to provide all sales reporting needs for the account team.
- Lead the implementation of all new products & services within Retail Partner Accounts.
- Directly manage one or more Regional Account Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in business or related field and/or equivalent education experience
- Experience managing sales and operations for a $100M+ market unit or segment
