JOB DESCRIPTION
Become part of an expanding commitment to provide data and application integration solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. Due to our consistent growth, we are expanding our North American Commercial sales team. We have regional sales offices located around the country and will consider candidates nationwide.
As Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving the sale of the complete portfolio of enterprise software solutions and services into Fortune 1000 clients. You will be tasked with creating selling strategies, working with the support from Pre-sales, Marketing and other team members, to drive new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will a have successful track record as a Hunter selling enterprise software solutions and verifiable examples of finding, driving and closing large and complex enterprise transactions. You will have a razor-sharp focus on customer satisfaction, with a forward-thinking approach to solving customer’s business issues.
Duties will include:
- Serving as primary client liaison within designated territory;
- Prospecting and driving new client relationships and reengaging inactive clients;
- Creating, enhancing, and managing business relationships; Identifying business opportunities by mapping appropriate solutions to client requirements;
- Driving opportunities in conjunction with partners and support team to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
The desired incumbent will possess:
- 5-7 years demonstrated history as an individual contributor (Hunter) selling enterprise software solutions to senior level decision makers within Fortune 1000 companies;
- Experience in a direct field sales organization within a quota and commission structured environment; Consistent and verifiable earnings history of quota overachievement, with demonstrated success of multi year quota achievement within the same company;
- Demonstrated ability to articulate software enterprise solutions; Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Outstanding relationship-building skills coupled with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity;
- Proven track record of growing multi-year customer relationships through new business opportunities;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant area of study;
- Strong usage of metrics and ability to accurately forecast on an on-going basis;
- Exude confidence and leadership in the execution of the job function;
- Due to our collaborative culture, preference will be given to candidates located within commuting range of a regional sales office. Regional office locations include: Alpharetta, GA; Washington, DC; Bethesda, MD; Boston, MA; Concord, MA; Chicago, IL; Dallas, TX; or Dublin, CA.
