Director Business Development

Position Description:

We are searching for a Director of Business Development to lead the business development initiatives for a leading service provider.  This Director will oversee a team of direct reports and be responsible for an assigned geography to exceed volume and profit objectives.  This position is responsible for creating and driving all business development strategies and developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts to deliver against growth objectives.

Primary Requirements:

An ideal candidate will have a four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.  This individual must have proven success managing a sales team to achieve business objectives.  This candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
