JOB DESCRIPTION
The primary purpose of the role is to: 1) lead and manage our attach gain strategy and execution plan for the US Sub; 2) Lead and Manage Sales Operations across Incentive Compensation, Field Readiness, ROB and internal communications; 3) Own and manage the MYR and Budgeting process;4) Build a very tight integration into the Business Management community across US Sub , WWOEM and SMSG and 5) Own and manage the WHI action plans for the US Sub. This role is very much part of the US OEM LT in driving Attach, growing revenue and share and making our all up FY10 number.
Responsibilities:
• Drive Total BOS Attach via PC Market Analysis and Direction Setting: Lead US OEM input into PCMIT group to ensure accurate PC forecasting, accurate Biz Intelligence and ensure right market sizing for US. This ultimately drives our total and local BOS Attach metrics which are on Us Sub Scorecard and visible all the way to top Execs of the Company. Lead and own Triple AAA Initiative to drive attach plans across all segments of the US Sub. Identify gaps in team execution plans & collaborate w/ leaders to close gaps.
• Drive Strategic Planning: Lead MYR, annual planning and GPF processes to develop and deliver outstanding results. Identify gaps in strategy across teams and work with leaders to improve. Integrate all planning activities for smooth execution & minimal field impact
• Lead Sales Operations: Execute and maintain a tight Rhythm around Business Reviews and Management meetings. Manage OEM Scorecard aligned with WWOEM and US Sub. Integrate USOEM team scorecards (e.g. MNA, Named, Disti) into common USOEM view of performance. Develop & implement a comprehensive Field Readiness Plan. Drive team completion across all FastStart milestones
• Promote Culture of Team Work: Facilitate and manage WHI Improvement Plan, Manage People Awards (Corp & Segment) Budget, Nomination & Selection Process and represent USOEM in MSUS Award Selection Process. Work across leadership team to build and maintain cross-team collaboration
• Communications Management: Develop and execute Communications Plan for US OEM and connections into WWOEM and US sub. Launch new OEM SharePoint to improve information flow. Share best practices and OEM communications activities with NACC. Publish All-Hands newsletter and facilitate quarterly All-Hands calls.
• US GM OEM Support: Represent GM of US OEM at significant leadership meetings across WWOEM and US Subsidiary on an adhoc basis (e.g. A13, PLT, USLT…etc)

Contacts:
Frequent contact and interaction with all levels of management within MS and the WW OEM organizations. This includes all levels of product management, product marketing, sales, technical management, finance and executive management.
Recommended Qualifications:
• MBA in business/marketing or scientific discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 10+years of related sales/Business experience in sales/marketing background.
• Ability to develop quantitative business metrics tools both as a reviewer and an IC developer.
• Strong analytical/quantitative analysis experience and advantage
• Prior XP in supporting Executives
