Regional Sales Directors - NEW YORK, NY


 


CRITERIA:



  • Sales Professionals needed to penetrate assigned territories 

  • Heavy HUNTER Sales Style with a New Business generation focus

  • Must be able to develop and execute a strategy to build the business and brand awareness in this territory

  • Must be able to identify key decision makers and work effectively with senior level executives (VP, SVP, C-LEVEL)

  • Ability to effectively cold call by phone

  • Contact prospects using Sterling ’s database and other methods to develop relationships that will result in new business

  • Presentation and proposal (RFP, RFI & RFQ) experience is required

  • Must have a strong desire to succeed and be able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • You must have strong communication and presentation skills

  • Understanding our client/prospects organizational dynamics is crucial.  Therefore experience selling to the HR community is a plus

  • Experience in the EMPLOYMENT SCREENING, HRIS, ATS, STAFFING or HR SERVICES industry is a big plus

  • Ideal candidate will have a history of success in all sales related functions

  • In-person Sales presentations will be required

  • Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience 

  • BASE + COMMISSION + RESIDUALS commensurate w/ experience

  • Use of Company House in Orlando Florida

  • Limited travel and trade show involvement will be required

  • Administrative and technical support provided
