Sales professional search

We’ve been retained by a growing healthcare services company providing a host of various therapies and professional services to pediatric patients such as nutrition, physical therapy, disabilities, mental disorders, behavior modification, etc. 

Based in the Chicago suburbs, this sales professional will be responsible to grow the business via an existing database of current and previous patients treatments (typically parents/guardians of the children receiving treatment) as well as calling on pediatricians and general practice doctors to secure referrals.

 This person can work from a home office and travel in their territory, or work from one of the company’s treatment offices.

You’re role will be to secure business and referrals that turn into sessions for , doctors, psychologists and therapists on staff, as well as providers of other treatment modalities.

Experience selling a professional service in healthcare, education or consulting is helpful and a compassionate attitude to children in need of care is critical. Knowledge of physical and mental therapy treatment is helpful as well. Excellent phone skills and clear communication is essential.

Compensation will include a base of 50-60k with incentive plan that could reach over 100k total, plus benefits and expenses.
