Job Description:
This individual will lead the efforts of selling Frontier’s Online Advertising space to national and local advertisers. *Meet or exceed revenue quota for sales of online media. *Establish the new sales organization for online media. *Utilize all sales channels to maximize revenues: direct (national advertisers), re-sellers, Frontier commercial sales force (national & local advertisers) *Cultivate relationships with new & existing advertiser and agencies to build and maintain deep-level partnerships. *Create advertising proposals (media plans) and negotiate terms. *Support the development of strong and effective media plans based on sound strategies, reaching appropriate audiences and meeting client’s marketing objectives across multiple targeting and product options. *Work closely with the Internet Business Unit on big ideas and solutions for advertisers. *Work with Ad operations Team to monitor campaign delivery and contract compliance, ensuring full revenue recognition and client objectives success. *Lead outbound sales campaigns to increase brand awareness amongst the advertising community. *Obtain research and case studies for sales presentations when needed. *Lead outbound sales campaigns to increase brand awareness amongst the advertising community. *Obtain research and case studies for sales presentations when needed. *Verify the accuracy of Inventory Orders before submitting to client for signature. *Focus on client retention, growth, renewal, and client satisfaction. *Identify up-sell opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amount. *Manage sales materials.
Required Skills:
BA/BS Degree in related field 4-6 years of successful sales experience is required On-line advertising sales experience is required National Advertisers in portfolio of past clients Passion for Advertising and Internet Excellent Verbal and written communications skills Able to handle multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical skills A strong background working with clients face-to face in an outside sales role Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as be highly responsive to clients Results oriented Strong focus on teamwork and ability to manage relationships across multiple departments. Ability to work in a fast paced environment
