Job Responsibilities:
• Generating new business through outside sales activities such as cold calls, prospecting, telemarketing, territory planning and relationship building.
• Developing and implementing an effective sales plan, using a consultative sales strategy to effectively communicate PAETEC’s value proposition to prospective customers.
• Collaborating with top internal resources to develop comprehensive sales presentation materials tailored to winning new customers within a defined territory.
• You need to be a Closer! We are looking for someone who has a demonstrated track record of closing business and can focus on closing customer opportunities on a monthly basis.

Minimum Qualifications:
· Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience
· 3 - 5 years of related industry experience is preferred
· Minimum of 3 years in outside sales - with a proven track record of success
· Sales & account management skills
· Proven track record of working and building relationships with vendors
· A professional presence and outstanding presentation skills
· Strong desire for action – must be a self starter
· Adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
· Basic Microsoft suite skills: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary - Commission - Residual Commission - Monthly Accelerator Bonus
