Our client is a well established, global software company with a history of providing a variety of software solutions to companies throughout the world. We are currently seeking a talented candidate with experience selling some type of middleware type software for this exciting opportunity:
Position title: Account Executive
Location: Atlanta, Georgia area
Position description:
We are seeking a candidate with experience selling some type of middleware solutions to sell software and services to targeted customers using a consultative sales approach. The successful candidate will acquire expertise in a number of different technology areas and be able to use this knowledge to present solutions to these new customers. In this role you will be selling multi-million dollar solutions to large enterprise customers in a defined geography.
Required skills:
5+ years prior experience selling software based solutions into targeted new name accounts. Recent experience selling middleware-type software desired.
Recent domain experience selling to customers in the healthcare sector (payor/provider, life sciences, pharma, etc.) a big plus but not a must
Proven success in meeting and exceeding quota
Ability to manage complex sales into large enterprises
An action and results-oriented approach which balance a "take charge" attitude with teamwork and collaboration. An ability to work with prospects to develop strong business solution cases coupled with solid closing skills.
Experience in teaming with systems integrators is also required. The successful candidate’s background will include having executed call plans, orchestrated account-planning sessions and effectively executed account strategies.
BA/BS degree and familiarity with internet technologies, web portal initiatives and integration platforms is required
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills
