OPPORTUNITY:
We are looking for a National Sales Manager to develop sales strategies, set and achieve sales objectives and create advertising plans and sales promotions.
The manager will mentor the inside sales team, and will be reponsible for direct sales and support to their well known, national accounts. In addition, this person will be responsible for distributor sales to the agriculture, turf and horticulture markets and reponsible for the P/L statement for this division of the company.
The territory would be focused on both the US and Canada.
REQUIREMENTS:
**10 years of sales management experience
**Proven sales record
**Proficiency with a CRM or sales tracking system
**Knowledge of the agriculture industry - Someone from an agriculture chemical background would be preferred
**Ability to travel 3-4 overnights per month
