Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales individual to develop new business and expand our footprint in the energy sector in Houston, TX. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help senior executives from major energy companies launch multi-million dollar consulting and service engagements, selling to and interacting directly with the CXO’s and other major decision makers. Your prospects will include the major players within the upstream portion of Oil & Gas (O&G) companies; those that provide drilling, services, engineering, and construction (the Baker-Hughes and Halliburtons of the world). As a Senior Sales Executive for Capgemini, your primary mission will be to sell Capgemini’s consulting and implementation services to the upstream Oil & Gas companies in the Houston marketplace, with a focus on developing new business. Your prior experience selling to these companies in the Houston area will allow you to be successful from day one, as will your experience selling consulting services for another large consulting firm. Your familiarity with the local marketplace is a must, as we need someone who can hit the ground running. In addition to superb sales skills, your strong relationship-building skills will allow you to navigate the complexities of selling to C-level executives, and to partner with our delivery team to continue to develop business from existing clients.
