JC & Designation: Practice Manager – Provider (Healthcare)

Provider Practice Manager: 

Expertise

• 10 -15 years + experience in Sales, Pre-Sales Consulting.
  Commercial and business acumen should be able to create , sell and evangelise business cases.
  Understanding of Six sigma, Lean Methodologies would be a plus


• At least 5 years of experience in the hospital space.
  MEDITECH and EPIC implementation background
  Understands E H R and clinical implementation/interoperability challenges
  Should have ability to hold conversations with 2-3rd level clinical implementation c experts in hospitals.


• Provider, large hospital chain, ITO

Experience

• Previous experience managing large clinical programs
  Experience in shaping, selling and structuring deals
  Must have skillset : MEDTECH and/or EPIC

Responsibilities:

Engage with key provider accounts on clinical and non-clinical business and BPO needs, with specific focus on programs like EPIC/MEDITECH implementations
Mentor the backend team
Build a provider E H R go to market strategy and replicable solution
Support hunting efforts in the hospital segment
Engage with Microsoft, Cisco etc to build joint go to market solutions
