Sales/Licensing Manager

Responsible for developing new and profitable business by initiating, negotiating and closing new business relationships focused in the Pet Industry.   The Business Development Manager will be accountable for creating licensing program and new business in the Pet Accessory Category. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain an aggressive pet accessory sales and licensing growth strategy


• Develop and establish strategic sales direction


• Identify innovative opportunities that help set the company apart from competition


• Direct account management of retail customers


• Work with Design and Product Development to define customer/channel strategy


• Initiate and develop relationships with retail customers at both a managerial and buyer level

Requirements:

           Success working within the Pet Industry with large and small retailers and Licensing partners.       

           5-7 years in Business Development
