Description:
This Capture Manager will support the capture of major procurements for the Essex Operations. The Capture Manager will coodinate and lead the capture of new business. Must be able to work with clients, SMEs, and industry to collect, analyze and develop a capture strategy for opportunities following the NG capture process. The candidate must be able to lead and facilitate large strategy and review sessions. Must have a proven record of win as a Capture Manager of procurements in the $50-100 M range. The Capture Manager will develop and execute teaming strategy, engage SMEs, and be able to supervise the work of others. Primarily based in Columbia but anticipate 25% local travel. Will work closely with Senior Capture Manager. This position requires a Bachelors + 15 years experience and a TS/SCI with a full scope polygraph Security Clearance Required.
