Overview:
Our client is a leader in industrial manufacturing of engineered products. This company is expanding their energy division and is looking for a strategic Business Development leader who will be based in San Francisco to lead activities for solar . Our client offers an exciting and aggressive career path which could include international opportunities in the future. Excellent compensation and full benefits are available.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Division Manager, this exciting opportunity will lead efforts to develop solar market accounts from investment to completion within an assigned region through analysis, strategy and integration. The position will be responsible for achieving the revenue and profit goals, develop and negotiate contracts, ensure project logistic timelines, train customer on appropriate installation of solution, ensuring on-time completion and customer enthusiasm through high level of service.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business; MBA preferred
-7-10 years extensive sales/sales management/business development
-Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
-Proven abilities in pricing and negotiating success
-Strong financial acumen
-Solid work history (no more than 2 companies in 5 years)
