*Bachelors Degree.
*Currently calling into the OR setting.
*3 years minimum of capital equipment sales experience.
*Strong track record of success.
* Experience in Selling Information Systems, preferably in a hospital environment.
*Experience in a strategic and complex selling environment.
*Ability to describe clinical benefits of products.
*Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
*Ability to understand customer needs and translate into a business solution- Consultative sale.
*Excellent communication, interpersonal skills.
*Excellent Presentation skills.

The Surgery IT Software Sales Executive will have complex selling skills, IT Knowledge and Clinical experience.
