The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive compensation package to include: base salary, commission and bonus, health benefits, vacation and more. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and developing sales team of 8 outside reps, hunting new business, and increasing the Company’s penetration in the local B2B accounts. The Company offers a complete suite of bundled telecommunications services.

BENEFITS

• $70,000 to 80,000 salary range


• Income at plan: $135,000

REQUIREMENTS

• 3 + years of experience managing outside sales team in C-LEC or ON-NET type of companies


• Sales management experience from Voice, Data, PBX and/or ON-NET services environments


• Business-to-business sales and/or sales management experience


• Small to Medium Accounts sales management experience


• A successful track record recruiting, training and developing new sales reps


• Local area knowledge a plus


• College degree a plus


• Drug free


• Clean background
