Manager Sales Training 

Responsibilities

Assist Director in the creation, organization, and implementatin or training field reps (technical and professional training) including but not limited to"

**Facilitating sales training classes

**Creation of cirriculum

**Creation of materials to further develop reps

**Field training and ride alongs

**Continuous evaluation of the sales training process

**Attend meetings and trade shows

**Interface with marketing and other internal department to ensure training program complies with strategic plans

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree required (Masters Degree preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 yrs sales experience
• Minimum 3-5 years  field training and in-house training experience
• Strong business acumen and communication skills
• Proficient in MSOffice (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Requirements:

• Must be self motivated and dynamic with excellent presentation and facilitation skills combined with superior product/disease state knowledge
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
• Detail oriented and the ability to multi-task.
