Join their Optical Communications sales team.
Do you have an excellent track record of meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotas? Can you demonstrate examples of how to develop and execute a major account sales plan?
Do you have experience in optical systems and / or the optical components industry?
Use your dynamic Sales Management capabilities to mentor a sales team and provide a winning strategy to steadily grow our revenue and market share in our tier one account
Their Optical Communications division is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to manage our accounts
R E Q U I R E M E N T S1) BS Engineering or Physics
2) MBA preferred
3) 8+ years technical sales experience with direct and distribution accounts.
4) 2 + years sales management experience.
5) Stellar relational selling skills and history of demonstrated success
6) Excellent presentation, time management, and prioritization skills.
7) Established relationship with our customer base in the assigned territory preferred.
8) Excellent computer skills.
9) Proven ability to overcome objections.
10) Successful experience in working within multiple management levels within the Account’s organization and developing personnel relationships with key managers to drive new business and resolve problems
11) High level of motivation and will to succeed
Desired Skills:1) Telecommunications or data Communications market and network applications for broadband networks
2) Knowledge of fiber optics or the optical networking industry
