Audio Visual (AV) Regional Sales Manager


 


Territory: NY/NJ/CT/PA – Primary verticals include Public Safety, Homeland Security, Transportation, Transit, Security Operation Centers (SOCs), Energy/Utilities and large Network Operation Centers (NOCs) 


Activu is an industry leader of network based visualization solutions for the command and control center market.   We design, build and support full turnkey solutions, using our own networked visualization software.   Activu enables collaboration and the seamless connection of information, people, displays and locations.  


Our customer environments are: Control Rooms, Command Centers, Network Operation Centers, Emergency Operation Centers and Security Operation Centers.  We develop and sell our own network software, called Activu, and deploy it on high-end COTS servers, driving state-of-the-art display components.    Come join a high growth and winning team!

Your responsibilities:



  • Expand on our install base of Public Safety, Homeland Security, State and City Government, Transportation, Transit, Security-SOCs, NOCs and Energy/Utilities 

  • Prospect, identify & develop opportunities, prioritize funnel and ultimately close opportunities in these vertical markets.   

  • Candidate should utilize their contact base and regional partners to support these efforts. 

  • ·         Be a consultative resource to these customers.


We are looking for:



  • A successful hunter, with a consultative approach

  • Candidate with at least five years of successfully selling Audio Visual (AV) solutions comprising  video teleconferencing (VTC) products,  IT software, networking products and services to Public Safety, Homeland Security, State and City Government, Transportation, Transit, Security and Energy/Utilities in NY, NJ, CT and PA.  

  • Experience selling integrated system solutions is highly desired.

  • Regional relationships w/ integrators and key partners in the above markets are ideal  

  • Exemplary interpersonal and presentation skills, high level of self-sufficiency and self-motivation

  • Excellent networking and partner development skills are required

  • 4 year college degree is required and higher education is helpful

  • Must be US citizen

  • No job hoppers.
