About The Position:

The Georgia based Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for managing a group of 4-6 Account Managers.

You will hire, train, develop and ensure success to increasing clinical utilization.

Salary of $75k with commission for a Total Compensation opportunity of $220k in Y1.

Skills/Qualifications:

 To be considered for this outstanding opportunity, you MUST have the following:

  Minimum of 2-5 years experience selling surgical products into the O.R.

  Sales experience with Clinical background a PLUS!

  Strong established relationships and ability to gain referrals from key physicians and nurses in the territory.

  Should have solid selling skills and understand the surgical, O.R./hospital market.

  Documented sales success.

  Great business acumen with ability to travel as required.

  Polished image and driven personality.
