Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will have 3-15 years experience in IT Services & Solutions sales. Candidate must have at least 2 years experience selling consulting business solutions preferably to the Banking Financial Services Insurance (BFSI) OR Life sciences Or to Large Enterprise Corporates. Candidates must possess minimum of 2 years US experience.
Preferably with a Bachelors degree in engineering; MBA would be ideal.
A committed, well-focused and confident team player with a successful track record in sales; consistently exceeding quotas; must have experience in managing several target accounts. Well versed with the offshore outsourcing solution selling process.
Excellent written, verbal, analytical with persuasive and interpersonal skills, would be high on influencing and negotiating skills. Ideal candidate thinks independently, is articulate and passionate, is energetic with a positive attitude, and is a rational and persuasive strategic thinker
Ability to interface with engineering, sales, customers, partners as well as leadership team.
A strong plus will be the ability to carry a personal network that can be immediately tapped
Job Description:
The candidate will be primarily responsible for business development in a given region. The candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts by hunting and nurturing effective relationships with key customers and influencers. Would have to develop and present corporate and proposal presentations with timely and effective follow-up to a closing decision. Competitors profiling.
The candidate will facilitate in formulating the "go-to-market" strategy; target potential projects and seek alliances. Responsibility would be of achieving an individual revenue quota. Also, would be exploring all avenues to generate sales, attending conferences and seminars.
