They have made their Research & Development a key element for its differentiation and a driving force for its growth in the medical field.The company is expanding its sales efforts and is in search of a person to lead that group. Job description :
This role will have responsibility for the strategic leadership as well as tactical implementation of that plan. You will be leading a specialty group of sales representatives and managers, who will be directly driving company sales growth. This role is reporting directly to the president so autonomy and empowerment will be given to this person. They have developed an aggressive compensation program that will reward people who achieve or exceed targets. This is a great opportunity to develop a sales force, while simultaneously reaping the financial rewards of their success. Who we are looking for :
Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing or Business. This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of sales manager experience in a business organization to the dermatological market. The ideal candidate must be an outstanding sales leader with business to business sales in the dermatological market, and have a proven track record for going above and beyond established measurements for goals and objectives. This individual will have responsibility for driving and managing the sales business and revenue nationally. Whats on offer :
