Corporate Sales Training Director - cstd-elg

Responsibilities

Develop and implement introductory and advanced sales training programs for field sales team.

Work closely with Sales Management to organize and provide ongoing training for field sales team on product knowledge, competitive dynamics, selling skills and techniques.

Candidate should have know-how in planning and coordination in house sales training schools and coordinating with field sales trainers to deliver effective training that is aligned with corporate objectives.

Experience in design development of material according to adult learning principles to improve the overall productivity of the sales force and the organization.

Interaction with Marketing, Sales Operations, and other key home office departments to deliver effective training that is aligned with corporate objectives.

Assist the VP, Sales & Marketing and Director, Sales with all facets of regional and national meetings.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree required (Masters Degree preferred)

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in CV arena
• Minimum 3 years  field training and in-house training experience
• Strong business acumen (academic medical centers and the specialty marketplace)
• Proficient in MSOffice (Word, PP, Excel, Outlook)
