Account Executive – Project Mgt Software Sales - MA

Our client is a small company that provides PLM and Project Management software to a variety of industries.  They are seeking an Account Executive to cover the MA Region out of the Boston area.   The successful candidate will have 8+ years background in Software Sales.

Geography Covered:  MA

Base City: Boston Area

Relocation:  No

Company Size: Medium – under $100MM

Travel Requirements:  50%

Base Salary:  $120,000

Total Compensation:  $230,000

Desired Education:  College Degree -- 4 yrs

Desired Experience:  10+ Years

Desired Specialty Background: IT Sales, B2B Sales

Experience:

1.  8+ years of outside software sales experience

2.  Achieved or exceeded recent sales quota with recent quotas over $1.5m

3.  3+ RECENT years experience in the PLM or Project Management software space working for firms such as Serena, HP, Planview, PTC, Agile (Oracle), ENOVIA, Dassault Systèmes, Arena Solution

5. No jobs hops and must be recently employed.

Responsibility:

Regional sales position to hunt with deal sizes being at or above $100k. Want a strong Hunter!
