Develop implementation plan for category strategy customized for multiple distribution centers. Ensure implementation is in alignment with overall us foods category strategy and goals and defined area needs.
Responsible for sourcing, pursuing, securing and developing highest potential new business that can be transitioned to a territory manager (tm) in order to achieve annual sales and profit operating plans; maintain a pipeline of new, emerging high potential clients.
Establish an enterprise-wide practice model that grows and matures the analytics/ml talent pool, accelerates the use and delivery of analytics/ml in solutions and broadens organizational utilization for maximum impact.
Drive improvement and performance through analytical methods, tactical reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Provide innovative and impactful insights and recommendations to stakeholders and upper management.
Coordinate sales distribution across facilities within the area by establishing and assigning sales territories, quotas and goals. Guide sales managers in the development of, and approve goals and performance budgets.
